Computer Systems Analyst

Position Overview

As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be part of the core team responsible for StraViso’s internal engineering infrastructure and services. You will work across private and public cloud environments, network, storage, applications, and platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver self-service solutions that solve real business challenges.

You will play a key role in planning, analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of solutions that support StraViso’s AI-powered SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning activities including backlog grooming, iteration planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Facilitate playback sessions with product owners, designers, and squad leads.
  • Serve as Scrum Master and collaborate with Agile Coaches and Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to organize requirements into PIs, epics, and stories using JIRA.
  • Analyze and validate technical aspects including APIs, request/response structures, data schemas, and integrations.
  • Perform impact and risk analysis of platform changes.
  • Create standardized documentation for cross-functional teams including development, UI/UX, and QA.
  • Build REST API connectors using StraViso Integration Gateway for third-party system integrations.
  • Generate and maintain internal and external API documentation.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured transactional data using MongoDB and SQL with complex queries.
  • Conduct post-deployment validation, change management communication, and release documentation.
  • Build, monitor, and evaluate system performance using StraViso dashboards and reports.

 
Preferred Skills & Domain Knowledge

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, contact center solutions, and help desk operations.
  • Experience in business process analysis and digital transformation.
  • Exposure to predictive and preventive analytics using AI algorithms.
  • Understanding of front and back-office operations, customer experience programs, and productivity improvement strategies.
  • Strong grasp of Digital Intelligence trends and enterprise reporting frameworks.
  • Experience designing solutions in cloud environments, particularly Azure.

 
Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
At least 18 months of professional experience in a related role.

 
Specialized Skills (must be demonstrated within your experience):

  • Solutions design for automation using AI algorithms.
  • Business process engineering expertise.
  • Proficiency with Oracle tools, MongoDB, GraphQL, Python, RStudio, C#, and REST APIs.
  • Experience working in Azure cloud environments.
